Booking Confirmation: Once you book a service with NAS Travel & Tourism, we will send you a booking confirmation via email. Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required to confirm bookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages. For certain services, partial payments may be allowed based on prior arrangements.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will depend on the terms of the service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.). Refunds will be processed according to the applicable policies of each provider.
Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct and valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) for their travel. NAS Travel & Tourism is not liable for any travel issues arising from incomplete documentation.
Changes to Itinerary: Any changes to the confirmed itinerary should be requested as early as possible. Additional charges may apply based on the service provider’s policies.
Liability: NAS Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to services provided by third parties.
Services Availability: All services are subject to availability. NAS Travel & Tourism reserves the right to cancel or amend services in case of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control
